RIGHT OF LISTING REMOVAL Surfcomet Directory reserves the right to reject or remove any search listing at its discretion. You represent and warrant that all information, in the web site advertising listing itself or through the Web site to which the search listing links, does not violate any law or regulation; does not infringe in any manner any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right of any third party; does not breach any duty toward or rights of any person or entity including, without limitation, rights of publicity or privacy, or has not otherwise resulted in any consumer fraud, product liability, tort, breach of contract, injury, damage or harm of any kind to any person or entity; is not false or misleading; and/or is neither defamatory, libelous, slanderous or threatening. 3. Once a purchased listing is indexed and detailed, refunds are no longer available 4. SUBMISSIONS All submissions are processed in real time, however may be removed by Surfcomet Directory in the event that Surfcomet Directory sees need to do so at its own discretion. See section 2.
